Booking and Cancellation Terms

No payment is taken on this site. Your request holds the departure time you chose for 15 minutes.

Your booking becomes final once our team confirms availability and gets back to you by email or WhatsApp. Until you hear from us, the booking is not complete.

You may cancel up to 12 hours before the departure time.

If you have already paid, we deduct 50% and refund the rest. If you have not paid yet, half of the amount is charged.

For cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure, no refund is given and the full amount is charged.

If the captain cancels the cruise for weather reasons, you may reschedule for another date at no extra cost. The deduction above does not apply in that case.

The price covers the whole yacht, not each person. We ask for guest numbers so we can prepare.

The yacht's capacity cannot be exceeded. If you arrive with more guests than you told us, the captain may not be able to take the extra guests aboard.

All times shown on this site are Istanbul time. Please be at the pier a little before departure; the yacht may not be able to wait because of other guests' schedules.
