With a booking request: your name, email address and phone number; optionally your hotel and a note. Also the date and departure time you picked, guest numbers, and any extras you selected.

With the contact form: your name, email address and message.

We ask for nothing beyond this. No card or identity details are collected anywhere on this site.

To record your request, confirm availability and get back to you, and to prepare the cruise. Your note and hotel details are used only to meet you and to handle any special requests.

When your request arrives, a notification email goes to our team and to you. We use an email service called Resend to deliver these messages, so your name and email address pass through that service.

Beyond this, your details are not shared with third parties, sold, or passed on for marketing.

Your records are kept in our own database. Only our authorised staff can reach the admin panel, with a password.

The public pages of this site do not use tracking cookies that identify you. Your language choice is carried in the address itself.

The admin panel uses a session cookie, only to keep staff signed in.

You have the right to learn what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing.

To exercise these rights, simply write to the email address below. We will handle your request as soon as we can.
